The staff is a ten, quite attentive and friendly. The food, the facilities, everything was Great. We spent an excellent stay along with the meal was tasty. We loved Novotel Karlsruhe City. We are going to come back there!

I have booked the room for 2 nights with my fiance. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was usually pretty clean. Staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious plus the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an incredibly social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

Fantastic location, almost everything is few steps. Employees are tremendous friendly and well prepared and talk excellent English. You’ll find activities every night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed every single day. Only thing was beds are a little noisy but that’s incredibly slight. Great value for the money!

Stayed for four nights with my fiance. Beds were big enough and the room was usually clean up. The staff have been really handy and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large and the closet. The bathroom have been clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
